Our History
I spent 20 years in geophysics admiring the world and its wonders by letting myself be carried by its immediate pleasures.
Then contemplation substituted the desire to make, to enroll in a longer duration. To be the companion of this nature, with the utmost respect and necessary humility.
After two years of training in organic viticulture alongside Jacky and Véronique Ripoche of the domain of the Noades, I had the chance to resume in October 2016 a part of the vines of Philippe Gourdon, one of the precursors of viticulture in biodynamics in the Saumurois.
2017 is my first harvest
The estate extends over 3.8 ha spread over 5 plots around the village of Puy Notre Dame, the highest point of the Saumurois.
Since 2009, Saumur Puy Notre Dame has enjoyed an appellation for its red wines because of its ability to produce high-quality watch wines.
The vines are conducted according to the principles of Biodynamics.
